The 2023 Thailand Medical Equipment Exhibition (MEDICAL FAIR THAILAND), the largest annual event in Southeast Asia's medical materials industry, kicked off today (9/13)!

QL medical materials are of excellent quality. On the first day of the exhibition, more than 20 groups of buyers came to each exhibitor to inquire about agents or purchase samples directly.

Malaria rapid detection reagents and dengue fever rapid detection reagents were favored by buyers from India and Pakistan They are very interested in the uncut sheet, because it’s safety and cost-effectiveness and hope to import it directly; buyers from Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and other countries are very interested in the rapid detection reagents for filarial worms and hope to cooperate after confirming local import regulations.

Sensitivity

The Malaria Pf/ Pan Rapid Test Device (Whole Blood) has been tested with thin or thick microscopy on clinical samples. The results show that the sensitivity of the Malaria P.f/ Pan Rapid Test Device (Whole Blood) is >99.9% relative to microscopy.

For Pan:

Relative Sensitivity: >99.9% (103/103) (96.5%～100.0%)*            

For P.f:

Relative Sensitivity: >99.9% (53/53) (93.3%～100.0%)*                

Specificity

The Malaria Pf/ Pan Rapid Test Device (Whole Blood) uses highly specific antibodies for Malaria Pf/ Pan antigens in whole blood. The results show that the specificity of the Malaria Pf/ Pan Rapid Test Device (Whole Blood) is over 99.0% relative to microscopy.

Relative Specificity: 99.1% (213/215)(96.7%～99.9%)*

Accuracy: 99.4% (359/361)(98.0%～99.9%)*

And our Dengue IgG/IgM/NS1 Combo Rapid Test Device is a lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of dengue IgG/ IgM and virus antigen (Dengue Ag) in human whole blood, serum or plasma. It is intended to be used as a screening test and as an aid in the diagnosis of infection with Dengue viruses.  Any reactive specimen with the Dengue IgG/IgM/NS1 Combo Rapid Test Device must be confirmed with alternative testing method(s) and clinical findings.

During this exhibition, while reaching cooperation agreements or intentions with many customers, we learned about the new market for diagnostic reagents, which also brings new opportunities for the future development of our company.
